I LOVED this apt complex for the first couple of years and then Case bought it and it went to HELL! The office staff is extremely rude and stuck up (I dont know why, they work in an apt office for God's sake- not Wall Street) They have started letting anyone and everyone in and the grounds, noise level, and overall sense of safety is proof of this. I used to have a sense of pride in my home and would have friends over all the time and towards the end, I never wanted anyone coming over b/c of the quality of the grounds and its residents. Equity would have never let this happen to such a fine complex, but this is a prime example of the poor quality you get from Mike Case and his associates. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

Although the office staff may look like they work on Wall Street (which is not a bad thing) maybe you are not used to interacting with people who speak in complete sentences. I have lived here for 3 years and will continue to do so; it is a breath of fresh air to finally have an office staff that takes pride in their appearance and customer service.
