Too Bad Case Bought It From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/14/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   I've been a resident at Wellsford Oaks for over two years now. I once loved the complex, but ever since a new company bought it, the management is horrid. They seem to lose checks, they try to charge you more than your monthly rent, and they don't do many tasts when they say they will do them (often neglecting to do them unless pestered). Not only will I not renew my lease, but I am also looking at breaking my current one. *Every* month since renewing my lease with the new company, I have had a *major* problem. There have also been some bad incidents here lately, and while I only know of management's reaction to one of them, it was, in my opinion, woefully inadequate. Do not live here.
