The place has gone to crap. It's too bad...

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I moved in there in January of 2005. I had absolutely no problems until the month right before I moved (December 2005) out when my apartment and neighbor's apartment were broken into, and then my truck and apparently some other vehicles were broken into not more than a week later than that.
Equity, when they owned it, did a fine job, and it really is hard to control the crime completely, especially in the hellhole that that area has become now. I totally understood why Equity backed out and sold the place to the slumlords Case and Assoc. because there was really no way of stopping that progress anyways.
The staff were always nice to me, well, but not very helpful when our stuff was broken into, although one of the maintenance guys did stay late to help me fix my door after it was kicked in, and I really did appreciate that. The girls were nothing more than pretty faces to try and get you to rent there. That's how it is everywhere really.
I am also a bit disturbed at the fact that the police took 2 hours to get there when the station is not 2 miles up the road. That whole area is just no good anymore.
