Wellsford Oaks is my first post-college residence and in the four months I have lived there, I have become increasingly frustrated in dealing with the office staff.

If you can even get through to the office, not the unhelpful answering service, no one has answers to my questions or I am told incorrect information.

I have been charged for items that have popped up out of the blue and not been notified of major construction projects until the workers were tearing up the building and making a ton of noise.
As soon as my lease is up, I plan to move OUT and far, far away from this place.

I will NEVER reside at a Case and Associates property again.

It is not worth the money.

I lived there when it was owned by equity apartments and had no problem with it. Then out of the blue Case bought them out and never told any tenants until the day. After that things started going downhill fast including the crime. My car got broken into twice in 1 month. Never happened before they owned it. I broke the lease because of our safety. It was worth it to pay the extra to be safe. Get out while you can.

Case & Associates notified the residents the first day they took over because that was the first given opportunity. Equity has sold all of thier properties except 2 of them here in Tulsa. Case took their offer, they didn't buy them out. Just because management companies are in compition, doesn't mean that they are enimies. They all have relationships and do buisness with each other. And about "Crime" no one can put a time frame on when crime is going to happen and crime could happen to anyone , not just a Case & Associate resident. Case and Associates bought Wellsford Oaks March of 2006 which was 1 year and 6 months ago. This comment was posted 1 year and 5 months after Case bought Wellsford Oaks.

my car was broken into when i lived at wellsford oaks as well, my apartment was also broken into!! They took everything!! One of the worst experiences ever..I have nightmares about the place!! The part that really gets me is..Where was security when my apartment was broken into?? or my car?? ironic that the day i'm moving out security shows up to tell me to move my car over a bit, while trying to load my stuff at 4am..anyway i got out of that place and am so glad i did!!!
