Well I just signed a lease with them only for 6 months and after reading reviews I am a little nervous. We don't move in for another month, but they seem like really nice apartments and I was told that the gates are only open during business hours and security patrols from 6am to 6pm. Whether they do or not I don't know. I don't have a nice car, so I'm not so worried about it being broken into. I hope this turns out to be a good experience- if not I'll post again in August. They are somewhat pricey to live in, or at least to move into if it is your first place and they do require renter's insurance- hopefully that doesn't mean they do get broken into a lot! I have noticed that one of the girls in the office does seem a little uptight but she hasn't been mean- the other one I have only dealt with once and she seems nice. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

I had farmers insurance Brent was my agent..when i lived there..and when my apartment was broken into..he then told me he had several claims for break-ins..I thought same as u i had only 8 month lease to try it..well it was hell..i can email u the crime report..i was gone hour and a half..came back to door busted in and my laptop, ipod, camera etc gone!! I was just sick..but atleast i had that insurance..but i had to live out the lease 3 more months scared to death..and as far as the gates..they stick open a lot and people fallow others in the gates..i called the maintance several times to let them know and nothing still stuck open!! They busted window out of my car for change i left in middle console..so don't leave anything in view in your vehicle..nice car or not..and be careful walking to your apartment at night if u walk alone..because god knows security is nowhere around!! Just be careful..I hate to see another innocent person hurt!! It's such a bad area you're a crime target..Which can happen anywhere but u just increased your chances moving in there!! Girls in the office were nice to me when i moved in..but once that lease was signed and i needed something i was just a bother..she would blow her breathe like why are u bothering me..I called case and made them aware, but doubt it helped..
