Wellsford Oaks

I have lived at the complex since May 2007 and have few complaints. The grounds are well kept, maintenace is on top of problems, and the office ladies have always been nice and eager to help me in any way possible. I like the fact that they are a little older, I hardly hear anything from my neighbors, and I feel that the apartment has a bit of character. About the only complaint that I might have would be that the front gate sometimes doesn't work. However, I have heard that those gates are hard to maintain and costly, but management usually fixes it as often as it breaks. As far as crime, that can happen anywhere. I am not one of those people out late in the complex at night and I am very cautious of my surroundings. You are minutes away from everything in Tulsa and I think the location is second to none. If you don't mind a little older complex, definitely check out Wellsford Oaks before you sign a lease anywhere.
