Once Case took it over and it was no longer Equity Apartment Living the fact that it was a gated community meant nothing! Several cars were broken into, fortunately, not mine, they didn't care who they moved in so long as they filled the place up, security took hours to get there even though they were supposed to be onsite and maintenance was lowsy afterwards. Before that, it was a great place to live. It's a real shame!!!! Also didn't like the fact that I had to pay a monthly rent for my dog to live there in addition to a pet deposit.
