It's not perfect... but I like it

I have had few problems living here.

Maintenance has been prompt on all my work orders.

The office staff is nice, if a bit snobby when you're not dressed your best.

A neighbor had her car broken into, and shortly after there was a new light in our part of the parking lot.

I live in the middle of the complex and only once have I had to park really far from my building.

Traffic noise from Riverside can be annoying at times.

The only reason I would consider moving is that my cost-of-living salary increases have not kept pace with my yearly rent hikes.
