I travel a lot and have lived/rented in 3 different countries and 4 different states. I can tell you that people are more or less, the same all over the world. Wellsford Oaks is by far the best apartment I have rented and is very reasonable ($509 for a one bedroom plus I am getting a discount as a student.) While the entrance gates didn't work for a short period of time, I have only had a couple "issues" in 5 months of living here (a noisy neighbour and one apartment that drops beer cans off their balcony. Neither one being a big deal). These were one off incidents remedied the following morning/day. As far as positive things; the office staff is always friendly, courteous, and gorgeous to boot! They provide FREE DVDs that are updated each month, a clean pool, a small but clean and well maintained gym, the apartments are right on the river (new running and bike trails are almost complete!), and I have a washer and dryer inside my apartment. I can t complain and overall these are excellent apartment to live in for the money. I would highly recommend living here.
