I was very disappointed to move into a dingy-carpeted apartment filled with the smell of smoke, which came out anytime the weather was warm. (In Oklahoma, it happens quite a bit.)
There are too many residents to keep track of, and most of my neighbors disappeared without notice. Maintenance requests took ridiculously long amounts of time to be handled.
The icing on the cake was returning to my apartment following Thanksgiving to find that it had been robbed. There was no signs of forced entry; the police officer concluded that a key was used. Soon thereafter, two young men were sexually assaulted, tied up, and thrown in the trunk of a car which nearly made it into the Arkansas River. That incident was at least outside of the apartment property. Everyone I met there had had a car robbed.
Basically, this place should be a last resort. It's cheap, next door to Oktoberfest, and that's about it.

Tuck's Medicated Pads should help you out with those painful, tender hemmorhoids. And stop straining so hard.
