I've never had any of the problems that people have mentioned in some of the other comments here. The management staff have always been very responsive to requests and maintenance and such. The shooting that someone else mentioned happened outside the complex on the street near the entrance and did not involve anyone that lived at the complex. The view is terrific as long as you live in an apartment with windows facing the river and downtown. The apartment I am in is reasonably nice and has full-size washer and dryer, a fireplace, and a balcony overlooking the river and facing the downtown. During 4th of July, the Tulsa fireworks display shoots from the 21st bridge just down the street, so you can sit on your balcony or down on the lawn and watch the display. The only problems that I have with the place is that it is not located close to any shopping, groceries, restaurants, etc, the refinery in the vacinity REEKS a couple times a month, and parking can be a problem in some of the aparment groupings.
