Unless you are moing here to save gas money this place isn't anything special for an apartment in Tulsa. Overall this place is over priced. The office staff is friendly, but the parking lot is horrible, tiny spaces and never enough. And the entrance gate is often blocked by a parked train. The smell from the refineries is horrible on some days. And the "gated community" is a joke with the back to the river and walking trail fully exposed so that anyone can come and go as they please. This place isn't horrible, the floorplan is kinda fun and the people are nice, but unless you need the location I wouldn't recommend it.
