Westport apartments grounds are beautifully maintained, however the front portches to the individual apartments are leaf graveyards. The leaves I speak of are left in piles for months at a time and are blown around the entryways and scattered to be left for tracking them in to the apartment where you live and have to maintain.


In conclusion, Westport on the river is lacking a complete maintenance program to benefit it's residents. Now I will present a solution to Westport's management instead of just being part of the problem. The solution is to set up a website that can receive maintenance requests via e-mail. Example: I have lots of green leafy things on my front portch right now, really, come look, I'm not lieing. and in the time it took to write this blog on Westports character, I could have already discretely sent my request to remove the leaves via e-mail and tomorrow when I got home from work. The leaves they would be history. I would no longer have to throw away the leaves one at a time as the enter my house via the dog poop I stepped in and made the leaf stick to my shoe. Well that's enough humor for now.

I know westports maintenance crew is top notch and A-#1 but when they're done with the big stuff they need to take care of the tiny little details that affect more residents than who they are aware.

You can actually submit maintenance requests via the website - www.westportontheriver.com - that's pretty much the only way I ever submit requests. You can put your full complaint in writing so the office will really know what you're talking about.
