going downhill

This was the first complex we lived at when we moved to Tulsa 12 years ago, and it was great. I had to move back in Westport 3 years ago, and I have to say the complex is going downhill fast. Dishwashers, washing machines and dryers are very old, they leak, do not work properly, and maintenance does a half-a** job repairing them. The window in my apartment is leaking, and I mean it is raining as hard inside as it is outside when it's raining. It took 3 weeks of telling the the front office about this until they sent somebody, who tore out the rotten sheetrock around the window, dropped it all on the floor, left a hole around the window, and left. And when he left, he left the door open and his master key in my door lock on the outside. Lucky for me, nothing was stolen when I came home several hours later. I say lucky, because a UPS package has been stolen from in front of my door several week prior. During the winter the pipes in front of my building broke, and when the contractors left, they did not fill the holes very good. Now, there are two giant holes in the ground right where everybody walks, and management has not done anything about it in 6 months. It is getting worse literally by the day.
