I've lived at Westport for 2 years now. I think that the price is a bit steep despite living as close to Downtown as it is. My tailgate to my pickup was stolen parked right beside my apartment. The oil refinery has its moments of smelling rancid in the mornings and late afternoons. The gates are almost always broken so that anyone can come in (and vandalize such as stealing a tailgate). There is a set of train tracks that cross the ONE AND ONLY ENTRANCE. Trains don't regularly cross these tracks, but when they DO use the tracks, they use them to PARK their train. Sometimes they will detach the two cars that are blocking the entrance, but many times they don't. This is often during lunch hour when a line of cars are waiting to get in. There are NO other ways to get in, just this one.

The condition of the apartment is poor, and maintenance takes quite a long time since they are understaffed for the size of the complex. The bedroom has a huge crack that goes from the closet door to the window and down to the floor. Maintenance still hasn't fixed that. Numerous other odds and ends that need to be fixed and they haven't gotten around to it.

Parking is the worst. If you come home after 9pm, forget parking anywhere close. The entire lot is full anywhere and you have to park in the main road (Jackson) that runs from the right wing complexes to the leasing office. The parking is COMPLETELY overcrowded. I very VERY seldom get to park fairly near my building unless I leave work early and beat the rush home.

The weight room is always crowded, and for their boasts of how it is the largest gym for an apartment in Tulsa, it's not big enough for the size of teh complex. There are always people there except very late at night or during workhours.

I only tough it out because it is 4 minutes from work and there aren't many apartments as close that aren't a couple hundred more a month.
