Average apartment. The staff is very friendly, the maintenance crew completes orders quickly which is good b/c in the 6 months I've been here I've had a toilet, disposal, diswasher all break and I've had to spray my apartment 3 times for bugs. It was all fixed the next day which was nice, but the appliances are pretty old. The location is great if you work downtown and its right on the river. The adjoining neighborhood is a little shady but the complex is gated.
