To start off with, if the management was still the same as when I moved in, it would have been better. The recent office staff is rude and full of ridiculously ditzy, young blonde girls. When I first moved in, the screening to my firplace was missing and the management was very adament about fixing it. Unfortunately, the apts came under new management and all of the decent people were fired. Never the less, my screen was never replaced even after speaking with several different people about it. When I started having problems with my sink backing up, they did come out to fix it. But, after they finished there was huge hole in the side of the cabinet (that I was later charged for) and the problem was not even fixed! The man came out to try and fix it several times before it was actually fixed. If you have a nice car, DO NOT MOVE HERE. Someone attempted to break into my car on 3 seperate occasions (that I know of.) Over $500 in damages were done one of those times alone. The parking is horrible and if you came home late at night, you might as well park on the street. People would even park in my covered parking space that I was paying for. The washers and dryers were old and didn't work correctly. Most of the time, they ate your money.
