My roommates and I currently live here, and we enjoy it. No apartment complex is perfect, but Windsail comes close to it. The people in the office are very nice, outgoing and energetic. They make me feel important everytime I stop by... I am a 19 year old college student, and the staff in the apartment building I lived in before this always looked down to me, and treated me like I was nothing but trouble just because of my age(but that's a whole different review)... but here at windsail the staff are all around wonderful!
We don't hear a lot of noise from the neighbors, except for the people directly behind us... the installation in the bathroom is poor... but as long as we keep the bathroom door shut, we have no problems with noise. But with any apartment you have, your going to hear your neighbors once in a while! It's just something you can expect.
Maintenance is very good, except for one time we had a guy come to our apartment who was obviously having a bad day, he wouldn't talk to us at all, and when he left he didn't even shut the door all the way! But in every work place there is going to be that one bad apple... it's just unavoidable. We don't often have maintenance problems, but when we do, they get fixed quickly.
Our apartment is very cute. Everytime our friends come over they mention how cute our apartment is... they are even thinking of moving to this complex! We recommend windsail to anyone... even our friends :)
