Hard to beat townhouse in this area! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/15/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I'll keep it short, we have checked out several townhouse and loved Windsail's the best. It offers spacious 1bdr townhouse at a very decent price, coupled with its great location, super close to the highway exit, malls, lots of restaurants, bestbuy, compusa, babyrus, you name it. Very safe (9/10, not 10/10 because it's not gated.. but maybe not necessary), management is quick to resolve issues (will score them 7/10). This place is clean, swimming pool is okay, use the fitness center quite a bit (6/10 plenty of space, if added more equipment it will be 8-9/10). We have also stayed in the regular single bedroom, cheaper but voice insulation was a problem for us. We got woken up every morning when our neighbor upstairs wake up. But for townhouse, voice insulation is the best! In short, great place if you're looking for a townhouse.. especially the unit with parking upfront (some you have to walk to the other side). Townhouse gets fill up very quickly though (exception maybe in winter), would recommend it.
