I lived there for a year and it is awful! Gun shots at least once a week, gate is stupid and never works, maintenance doesn't know what they're doing, property manager is rude and tries to find the smallest little thing to evict people she doesn't like and overlooks the ones who are causing the problems. This is not a safe place to live nor is it clean. The people that live there don't know how to act or how to watch their kids. Do NOT live here. There are other housing projects in Tulsa that are much much better.
