Adequate From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/15/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005 1 response   Not amazing place to live but adequate. The place seems kinda cheaply made. When first moving in, the apartment looked amazing. However, as we lived there things detoriated. The carpet particularly started to come off the floor and maintence responds very slow. Warnings for trash outside the door come frequently if you have terrible neighbors no matter if it is your individual fault or not. Parking was kinda tough at times but the worse is the constant construction going on around the apartment complex while I lived there. The security gate is kept open due to entrances being blocked by road construction... some security. Loud at times though usually quiet. Excellent location if not for the construction so I may look at this place after the construction on Garnet is done.
