Woodland Oaks

I loved it here!!! From: jenj677 Date posted: 1/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   I lived in these apartments from 01-04. I moved only because I wanted a house. If I ever need an apartment again I will come back to Woodland Oaks. The staff is GREAT, friendly and the maintenance is timely. I was a single mom living with my 4 year old daughter. I never felt unsafe. I loved my apartment, actually I lived in 2 different ones. I moved into the 1bd with a den and decided I wanted a bigger one, so I moved into the 2 bdrm about a year later. I would recommend Woodland Oaks to anyone. I LOVE it there. There were some party people, but you have to expect that at apartment complexes, but there is a rule, you get three complaints and you're out!! I've seen it happen more than once. It's in a good part of town and very close to shopping, highways, and restaraunts...My fridge quit working one night and the person on call came at midnight to my apartment with a wheel barrow and took all of my frozen and cold food to one of the units that was empty and put my food in there until I got a new fridge, which was teh next day around noon.
