There are many things about this apartment that I like one is that the people who live in the complex are wonderful. But let me tell you that the bad way out the good. Well we signed our lease and were prepared to move in. So I called the complex to get the key, and then they called me back and told me that they forgot to call and tell me that they have not cleaned the apartment yet. They would have never told me unless I would have called. So I call all the utilities and cable exc. that I have to call to change the date of the transfer. So the next day the apartment complex calls me and said that they worked all night to clean the apartment (which don t get me wrong was nice) so I had to call all the places back and change everything back over. When I arrive on the day we are suppose to move in, I have to get there at 7 am because the cable guys is coming and my fianc is at work so it is just me, (remember that we have already signed the lease) so I go in the office to obtain the key and she told me that she can t find the release so there for she will not give me the key After all this we finally more in, and every month they tell us that we are late on our rent due to a pet deposit that was not paid, even thought it was. So every month they would say that they were sorry and would take care of it this went on for 3 months, I only lived there for 5. On top of everything I was attacked in the apartment a man came up to the porch and threatened to kill me if I didn t let him in. Lets just say that my dog saved my life and I got away. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values there sanity and there life. The office is full of the most incompetent people I have ever met in my life.

I went in to woodland oaks to look at an apartment this week and was told to come on here and get feed back about the apartments I was looking to lease at to make sure I knew a little more than the staff could tell me. I was stunned to find this comment posted by this person. You obviously havent looked at alot of apartments to know the staff normally does not act like they care or care to have you move in. When I came in to look there they were all so helpful and I felt as though they really cared about me and my needs. It seems to me as though you may have just had one of those bad nights where something happens. I think its horrible when people come on here and talk so horrible about the office. Maybe you should go and take a look at case and associates and see how they treat there residents and then maybe you wont dog these nice people anymore!!

Obviously you (jordan35) havent lived at woodland oaks.. everything she has said is 100% true. The office staff is nice when you move in but then everything changes. They have tried to make me re-pay my sec deposit 3 TIMES!!!!!! i dont thinks so .. we are moving out 15 days after moving in !!!
