Residents are not welcome, bugs will eat you! Many many bugs on the outdoor, they will get in before you get it, not matter how clean you are. Staff are rude. They are purely there for money making. Noise, poor contruction, unsafe, way overrated.

Have you called the office with your pest control problem? I have lived at Woodland Oaks for 5 years and I believe that they offer pest control service on Mondays. If you have a problem with someone on the staff, you might want to call and speak with the manager. Good Luck.
