This guy must be uneducated From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Woodland Oaks has there fair share of problem, I will be the first to admit. Be that as it may. This guy complainting about a management company not willing to renegotiate the terms and conditions of his lease are absurd. It sounds like this person is just not well educated. Oh and the "suprise, hidden cost" for the pet deposit, everyone with a pet knows they are required to pay an additional deposit for a pet. No big suprise there.
