Pretty Good From: akruby Date posted: 1/19/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I've been here for 6 months and am pleased with the place. I do feel there is a sort of false sense of security here, with the gate and everything but the truth of the matter is, this is TULSA, one of the highest crime rates cities in the U.S. and it doesn't really matter where you live, you still need to be careful. I like the location of the place and it is pretty quiet here, considering other places I've been. So far, I haven't had any issues with bugs and like someone already suggested, call the office, they will take care of it. As far as "hidden costs" READ the contract before you sign it. There are no hidden costs and no one makes you sign the lease. I would recommend this place to people and I don't give recommendations lightly. People need to remember, this is apartment living and there isn't any complex that is going to be perfect BUT this place IS one of the better ones around here, especially for the location and the price.
