Both my husband and I lived here before we were married.

It was ok at first.

But then it all went downhill.

Let me list:

-ROACHES! Holy roaches! Every tennant I spoke with had a big problem with roaches, no matter how well they took care of their apartment
- his car was vandalized THREE times in one year (someone sprayed a fire extinguisher all over the car and smashed in the trunk with it, what is up with that'!'!)
-security cameras are useless, except for a false sence of security
-property manager said that there was nothing more that she could do to keep it more secure
- we once witnessed the security officer come in through the gate and turn right back around and leave
-poorly located mailboxes, can we say soaked mail'
- 60 DAY EVACUATION NOTICE! You might as well give them your notice as soon as you move in.
-something is always going wrong in the laundry room
-stagnent ponds breed mosquitos
-management is unwilling to listen to suggestions
-my husband's shower wall LITERALLY fell in on itself and took forever to fix, although to the complex's credit he was compensated for it
- Did I mention the roaches' I think they were a mutant form of roaches.

After bombing the apartment they were hanging out on the living room wall, perhaps a little groggy.
