Roaches, lied about deposit.... From: Sarah1205 Date posted: 8/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   The Yacht Club has a MAJOR roach problem in all their buildings. They also came out to "fix" our AC 3 times...and it never was fixed. We finally moved right when it totally died (lucky for us). We cleaned the apartment as requested (we went there for 3 days, with my mom helping) and cleaned like crazy. It was spotless. They said that it was a mess, and want us to pay MORE money on top of keeping our deposit that we were supposed to get back. We are very clean people, it was not a mess, and they are liers. Dangerous area of town too...the rims on my SUV got stollen, and there were always cops around. Its also very noisy as there is a fire dept right across the street. Buildings are not insulated at all. I got very tired of regular $150 electric bills for a 650 sp ft apartment.
