When we did the walk through, the agent spotted a roach. She said she would put the apartment on the list with the exterminator. It took a while before the roaches were fewer, but not gone. Then during the spring of the year, MICE, MICE, and more MICE. The exterminator does a poor job. They need a new one.. one that gets great results. The apartment parking is a crap shoot. The maintainence people are prompt and courteous. My neighbors are great people. We all look out for each other. We have get-togethers and get to know more of the people in the community. It is always done in a fantastic manner.
