I have been living for 6 months now, and I haven't had any big issues. I have had a few roaches but any moderate priced apartment is going to have them. Plus all you have to do is schedule a spray till they are gone(No cost). I had a problem with the tile in the bathroom, but they had it fixed within 24 hours. I do think how great the parking is depends which building you live in. I have always been able to park right in front of my door, but I can see in other areas... that is not the case.
