overall, i can't complain From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/19/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   i've been here a month and so have the roaches... they scheduled me for an extermination but i saw them the same day they claim they sprayed. but if you don't mind spraying pesticides all over (i.e. if you don't have children or pets!) then they're alright for the money. they do have good security in comparison (even though the gates that are supposed to be closed when the office is closed have been left open for a few days at a time on two occasions since i've been here)... rent is pretty low for the size too. and i love the location... getting on I44 is a piece of cake! i hear some noise from neighbors, but mostly thru the window. of course i hear the person above me, but that's to be expected. overall, i'm pretty happy and have no plans to move out anytime in the near future!
