We moved in last week and they roaches were here waiting for us.
tons of wholes under the sink and other places where roaches are getting in.
ive bombed the apartment 3 time in 4 day and sprayed.
also put down close to thirty roach hotel things that are supposed to kill them.
cracks every where roaches keep coming in plus a family of 10 -------- live below me so im sure they are contributing to the roach problem.
last night i woke up with a roach crawling on me.
this place is a nightmare.
at least i have the option to move out in the next three weeks but moving is such a -----.
i cant buy any food for my house because the roaches have taken over the kitchen.
i see at least 15 roaches a day not including the baby roaches.
the apartments would be so much nicer if they just took care of this problem and had the entire building sprayed.
building 5072 is contaminated with them beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I live in 5072....
When we first moved in, we were suposed to be downstairs, but THE DAY we get there with our U-Haul and go to get the key, turns out our apartment is not ready. I seriously cried. What were we suposed to do? They told us we could put our stuff downstairs and use the upstairs bed and bathroom till they get it finished (the bathroom wall had caved in or something). We said okay, then we just took the upstairs apartment instead.
But guess what!? THEY DIDN'T CLEAN THE UPSTAIRS APARTMENT! Dead roaches and roach turds were EVERYWHERE! I had to clean the place and I had tears in my eyes the whole time. It was disgusting and I have never cleaned like that in my life. They knocked like $150 off the rent for the first month for inconvenience.
Well, we still saw roaches. Had the place sprayed. Still saw them.
They were going to replace our stairs outside. They said we have to find someplace to go because we won't have access to our apartment for the whole day. So we both left early and found a place to stay before and after work. When we got home late that night, the stairs weren't touched. Turns out something happened with the maintenance guy's family, but they didn't bother to tell us.
We needed our door fixed. It lets in a lot of cold air and the electric bill...for 2 people in a one bedroom apartment is over $180. They fixed the wrong part of the freakin' door.
We haven't seen anymore roaches since I went nuts last month and put roach killer all over the place and we bought one of those wall things.
They seem nice...especially Teddy...but WOW!!! Nothing gets done around here.
