Great Place to Live - I have lived at the Timberline Apartments since June of 2009. I love it here. Enjoy this community I have had a wonderful experience with the Courtyards. My maintenance has been cared for promptly and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Value of the dollar here at the Courtyards is good. I rate them high on the scale. Free firewood is an extra as well as grills provided

It's Great!! I lived in a one bedroom and a two bedroom out here. When i wanted to upgreade they were so helpful in helping me find the perfect location. They really wanted to keep me here as a resident. Anytime I had a problem in the apartment maintenance was extremely quick on getting there
