Yes Collegiate appears to be nice. The lawn is well kept and the buildings look elegant. However, I lived at Collegiate a full year, and I can tell you it is nothing like it's appearance. It's way overpriced and built cheaply. Everything breaks and it takes too long to get fixed. There are too many bugs around the complex and way too much partying.
