Looks can be deceiving - Yes Collegiate appears to be nice. The lawn is well kept and the buildings look elegant. However, I lived at Collegiate a full year, and I can tell you it is nothing like it's appearance. It's way overpriced and built cheaply. Everything breaks and it takes too long to get fixed.
