I thought that these apartments would be ok since the Yukon/Mustang area is generally family oriented and clean compared to Oklahoma City.

I have not had any problems with the office management but the people that live in this apartment complex leave much to be desired.

There are constantly teenagers driving around the complex "revving" their engines at all hours of the night.

People let their kids run around in the street everywhere.

My neighbors are constantly loud and fight all the time.

I have lived in many apts.

before but this is by far the worst experience I have had.

The actual apts.

are nice for what you pay but it is not worth the money.

I definitely do not feel safe walking my dog at night by myself.

I did not know that a certain % of the apts.

are rented to "low income" families so the complex can get a tax break.

I do not have a problem with low income families but I actually feel as though I am living in Section 8 housing.

I can't wait to move when my lease is up.

I have actually thought about breaking it more than once but never had the financial resources to do so.

Do not live here unless you enjoy kids running around everywhere unsupervised, trash overflowing at the dumpster, car alarms going off at all hours of the night, and hearing people yell and cuss at each other.
