I love this place! I have a two bedroom and two bath with tons of space. My son and dog have plenty of space and it feels like a house not an apartment. The cable, water and trash is included in the rent so you just have electric to pay. I have a fenced porch and a little yard as well. The staff are sweeties and work hard to make sure you have everything you need as well as making you feel comfortable. My only wish is to have a convenient store closer. I recommend this apartment village to anyone wanting a nice and quiet place to live. I am impressed and very satisfied.

No, I am not part of the staff. I live on the outskirts in the fourplexes. Don't get me wrong, my neighbor and their kids can be a pain alot of the time and I wrote the previous letter when I first moved in in February but all and all I still have to say that my experience has far exceeded more positive than Woodrun Village where I used to live. I stick to myself and as long as the major noise stops after 10 than I am fine otherwise I will speak my mind. I was not paid to write anything. I pay my rent on time, mind my business and won't hesitate to call the authorities if it gets out of control. I do feel for who all lives in the main central part of the community. I have drove around there and it looks caotic. Broken glass, children running around all hours of the night screaming with no sign of parental supervision. Its very sad and would upset me too.

i lived way in the back on the right hand side, i too had yard space where my kids could play....but that doesnt change the fact that the office staff sucked! Maintance sucked! Never returned phone calls untill you got irate! Trash smell was horrible. Cops, emsa, fire trucks there all the time! Gangster wanna be kids roaming up and down the street all hours of the day adn night ( when they should be in school ) cant get down the street cause they hang out in the middle of the street. And when i complained about that, they told me to get out and woop their ass! im a petite female. Yea right losers!
