I also would not recommend these apartments for the long term renter. I moved there to be close to home where I grew up. I am disabled so I qualified for a low income subsidy. But you can tell that this place will not last long. It will go down unfortunately due to the low income clientele who don't care how their behavior can add to the deterioration of the place you call home. Yep, you start seeing the beat up cars, God only knows where the kids come from. You can already see that the place will eventually succumb to the elements of people who do not care. The people upstairs are noisy, they let their kids stomp all night long and have no respect for working people. There is trash lying outside of the dumpsters for days. And people throw stuff onto the driveways. The apartment managers do not enforce keeping the dumpster area clean. Yes there kids are always hanging around the outside. I am not afraid but I can see how it would make people afraid. I think you will have maybe at the most 2-3 good more years and then it will begin to look like those apartments on 10th and Rockwell in OKC. Those are the problems, here are a few suggestions. Curfew for the kids. Someone needs to monitor the dumpster on a daily basis. Keeping trash down will send a strong message. Fine violators. Again, fine or evict violators. Trash is the first sign that trash lives around you. But to be fair the location is nice, it is close to a good school system. Anonymous ability to say, hey these people are trashy, they are noisy and then some ENFORCEMENT. It is a shame, that someone would invest in such a nice location and then let it go down. The apartment managers are not prompt in their responses. So fire them and hire more mature people who can see the unavoidable rundown without prompt intervention. So if you are short on cash and are trying to do better, this is a start, but beaware, the looks of this place is very deceiving. And it is a darn shame. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
