First off-
the staff- the women in the office there are very rude and you can tell dont give a crap about their jobs. Brandi has always been nice, but there is an older woman in there who is just rude. There is a younger new girl in there who doesnt appear to have a brain! There are kids running around all over the place, they just hover around the laundry area..and I went into there one day and there were human feces in there! GROSS!! The maintenance staff are lazy. I put in a request to fix my toilet and no one came for almost 2 weeks! The guy who came (Darren) was talking on his phone about his plans for the weekend and said he needed to get tools then never came back! I am retired and home all day and i constantly see him only going in and out of the younger female residents there. the other maintenance man is always sitting in the office doing nothing! the apartments themselves are nice, but the staff and the trashy people around make it not worth it. Think it over!!!!
