I was checking out the complaints that are coming from these people, and it seems to me that they seem to be the problem not the solution, what is wrong with people on section 8, NOTHING! But if they think they are above them because the require assistance, then I say you are the problem and you all need to move. Trash problems'''''' Well if these neighbors would learn to take out the freaking trash then it wouldn't be a problem, you all want to blame everyone else, but I think the problem is the spoiled rotten little b***** that want to sit on their big and small a**** and complain........maintenance is cool, sometimes slow, but i guess if they have to keep up with the idiots that can't take care of their stuff then that is why they are slow.....so i say you don't like me as your neighbor and since i am on section 8 then move cause i have more class then your a** (rhyme it and it will make sense)this place is great, and I take care of my stuff!!!

"rhyme it and it will make sense"? Are you kidding me..., you are the type of people that no one wants to live around. Your section 8, and you are calling everyone else "Lazy"? Get a job and quit living off our taxes. These apartments are in Yukon, go back to Oklahoma City (Kerr Village or N.E. OKC) where you belong. Yukon is not used to trash like you and the Yukon Cops will eventually find a way to get rid of you. The apartments owners should re-evaluate letting trash move in and work there. When I lived there, the maintnance person that lived close to me was out all hours of the night make drug runs and had constant revolving door hoodlems in his house 24/7 (with his kids in the house) Maybe the owners need to be notified What thugs live and work there. The Links across the street played it smart and only rent to "upscale" people and would laugh at anyone like you tried to get an apartment there.

I say education on Section 8 should be mandatory for those including staff who are so bright they JUDGE others being closed minded, yes lacking any knowledge.... just assuming thinking all people on section 8 are stupid or lazy (THEY ALL - ARE NOT). When you assume remember that finger you are pointing you have 3 pointing back AT YOU! I am a proud US military veteran, worked legitimate employment for 30 yrs and disabled and now live on limited ssa disability income which requires rental assistance on such low income. Try getting facts before you sterotype low income people, it shows positive character to know what their talking about instead of shooting off at the mouth with excuses for not doing the job right the first time and a good course in customer service course might do staff/workers of this complex a great improvement no doubt. Excuses are explanations offered to justify!!!

all of you people talking ---- about people on section 8 are probably the ones that don't keep up with your ----. not everyone who is on section 8 is trash. i'm a single mom and i work my ass off.. AND I GET HELP FROM SECTION 8! but i keep my place and the area outside clean. if you don't like these apartments then move your ass out! but not everyone can afford 900 dollars a month for an apt!!

I dont think there is anything wrong with section 8 helping people that need help. But some people abuse it. The office staff should be able to tell the difference between the two.
