I lived here almost a year, then decided to move. My lease ended and now I live in Highland Point. Chapel Ridge....looks nice at a first glance, then you move in and begin to notice the nastyness of it! There is always trash flying around. The trash compactor area.....NASTY!!! It smells awful and they dont maintain it! Brandy in the office was always easy to deal with. As for the other two.... they make me want to put a gun to my head between the rudeness of one and the stupidity of the other. There are a lot of kids running around, theyre a pain in the butt. The apartment is ok, I only had minor problems that needed fixing. I had a dog that I had to get rid of because it was "too big", "exceeded the weight limit".....so can you tell me why the maintenance guy was allowed to have a 75lb PITBULL in his apartment' That destroyed everything' He was able to replace all of his stuff at no cost...but my 30lb dog couldnt stay that never tore anything up! He is always stoned, and there are people coming in and out of the apartment all of the time which makes me suspect he is a drug dealer too, as well, he has a wonderful reputation for having sex with all the tenants! So professional! The pool stayed pretty unsanitary throughout the summer...it looked ok every now and then..but I still didnt get in it. Overall, staff sucks (excluding Brandy), its a very trashy place to live and became embarassing to have people come over and see the white trash that are living around there. Highland Pointe is definitly worth the extra money!

i lived at chapel ridge for a year and a half, my boyfriend got me a puppy for valentines day which didn't weigh 12 lbs and they told me that they have had several complaints on my puppy. which is bull ---- bc she was only over there for a few hours out of the day bc i took her to a puppy sitter while i worked. i weould never live there in a million years again that apartment complex is so trashy. they let anyone live there and its built so cheap my apartment walls couldnt hardly hold pictures up with using a big anchor and a screw. they raised the rent almost 200 hundred dollars while i lived there, which is ridiculous for a one bedroom one bath upstairs apartment. finally after i moved out me and my mom cleaned it better than it was when i moved in, and they still charged me almost 1300 dollars. 300 for nail wholes in the wall 95 for one bag of trash that i forgot to take to the dumpster, 300 for carpet cleaning which i had area rugs in the bedroom and living room and they kept my 250 dollar deposit on top of that. the management team is a joke you will never speak to them if you try to call you have to personally go up there. chapel ridge is nothing but a joke and another name for " HELL WHOLE"

It was the young maintenance guy that lived under me. And to the last review... when I moved they tried to charge me 500 on top of the 250 deposit. That is until we told her we got the 30 day notice and proof of the rent we paid for the last month in writing. Then all of a sudden I only owed 5! It was a glitch... yea freakin right. I spent hours cleaning my apt. Baseboards, behing the stove, the refrigerator, everything and they are saying that my 250 deposite is going to chewed blinds (they had already put in about 10 replacement blind slats throughout the apt). I had no pets and I do not chew on blinds! That was there when I moved in and I noiticed it after I turned in that stupid packet. I had to pay 45 to get my carpet cleaned because my "brand new" carpet had giant stains coming up out of no where. They told me 45 was half price which I was not informed of at the time. So 45 out of 250 is 205... so the other 210 is going to damages to the apt... which is nothing except the blinds (which again I didn't do!). And those cheap blinds cost around 5 dollars. I know this because my brother builds houses. This people are nothing but a bunch of crooks.
