The property itself and the actual apartments are decent.

I have never had a maintance issue and i agree that the grounds could definatley use some work.

The office staff has it's ocassional downfalls like not returning a phone call or getting my paperwork done when they said they would but other then that there has been no issue.

All the ladies in the office have been pleasent to me and very helpful.

They need to get a permanent maintanence man asap because i am starting to see a problem but i do believe after they get the adequate help the property will only get better.

I do love the school system too.

My kids are young but they seem to really enjoy it.
