Before you move in here, please read the reviews.
They are correct and true, we lived there at one time, and it was the biggest mistake of our life.
The good reviews are written by the staff, the bad reviews are written by the tenants.
If you dont believe the reviews, just move on in and you will be writing the next review.
Brandy is nice to you in person, when you're not in her face, she will back up her staff.
So whatever they do, she is aware of it.
She's the manager and they can't do anything that she has not authorized them to do.
We even called housing authority about them, and they have so many complants, but no one has really stepped in and investigated them.
I guess Brandy is believeable to them too.

My point dummy, the crime, there is so much crime. Can you control it, No, but you can control who you approve for rentals can't you. Perform background check!!!!

I was there when darin hit his wife and got arrested for for it but before that he started hitting himself in face with a teleophone and tried saying his wife hit him first and the police gave him a restraining order
