I do not recomend these apartments to anybody.

The staff sucks as well as the maintance.

Getting them to return your phone calls was a nightmare, maintance had no clue what they were doing.

My water heater leaked and soaked my carpet in the hall and took several attempts for them to stop the leak and clean the mildew smell out of my carpet.

All the teenagers gathering in the parking lot where you could not get through with your car.

I had to back up and go around several times.

The trash dumpster overflowed all the time, they had to bring in a second dumpster that took up driving space and it was an eyesore.

Outrageous pet deposits.

We finally moved and when asked what would make us stay, we told them our concerns, and instead of them trying to solve the problem, they got offended.

Needless to say we did not get out deposit back, all of the sudden we had all kinds of damages to the apartment after we left.

hmmmm go figure.

This place needs to be shut down and relocated on nw 10th with all the other trash.
