I moved from out of state a few months ago and have loved living at HighlandPointe. The apartments are absolutely beautiful, the staff is very helpful and friendly, and Maintenance is awesome. Without a doubt, this is the best place I have ever rented and I have rented apartments for 9 years!

I would agree the staff is very friendly until you actually require service of them. I have found they fail to follow through on most issues and the maintance staff is a joke. They are quick to respond but deliver very shoddy work!

These apartments were bought out in Jan 2007, the new company follows the contracts to the T, so make sure you intend to do exactly what is in your agreement. They are not pet friendly, and they have a problem paying any vendors, especially the Trash company. They bill extra for cable, trash, water, and sewer. They say they have a gated community, but the gates have not worked in a year and a half. The contracts are one sided, and they have no intentions of returning any of the deposits that have been placed by current residents, especially the pet deposits that are $400 per pet. I suggest you look for a place to live someplace else, since the new management is totally focused on profit, and not customers.
