The first impression I had of Highland Pointe was a good one. Little did I know that I would soon feel much differently.
If you appreciate dealing with incompetent office staff which fail to follow through on most requests and commitments along with a maintance team that does very shoddy work, all while you pay a very premium price for an apartment then....Highland Pointe just might be for you.
This place is a joke! Big mistake...don't make the same one!
