Everyone needs to be aware of your surroundings at Highland Pointe. Leslie is allowing people to live at the apartment with others when they could not pass the background check themselves. She is more concerned about occupancy and money than our safety.

The "quality " of residents has gone down consideranly since I first moved into the complex, but the management staff was alot different then as well.

It is to bad that Maxus is letting the complex go to hell.

I was not aware of some fo these points you have mentioned.As for the trashman going through trash...I guess they should give the guy a raise so he can stop eating your leftovers. :P

They went through my trash as well. I also purchased a shredder. I don't feel safe even with that though.

If I kept leaving my trash in the bushes or out on days NOT DESIGNATED as trash days it wouldnt suprise me if they went through my trash to find out who's not abiding by the rules.

It is discusting how the office is ran!!Maxus needs to really look at what is going on. They dress slezzy and act as if the office is a dating service. I have been in ther and Leslies kids are running amuck! is this a daycare/club or a office? It was never like this when Lyndsey was here. the staff was so professional the girls then knew their job and did it well. the Black haired girl was our leasing agent and she was so nice and made us feel so at home. what happend to the good leasing agents??

Here is the number to the corporate office for Highland Pointe Apartments (816) 421-4670~trust me, I know it by heart. I have been calling it everyday for the past 2 weeks and all you get is someone's voicemail and no one will ever call you back. Maxus Properties is not any better than Leslie and her staff. All they give you is the run around with an extra large load of B.S. If you want to make a difference~file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau or someone like that.

Thanks, I will be doing what you recommended, contacting the Better Business Bureau. I am not getting a response from the corporate office either. Seems that they are as unprofessional as Leslie.

I have an idea.......MOVE THE FRICK OUT if you don't like it. We are much better off without you as neighbors. I'm only guessing you negative people are hard to please in every way, shape and form. It's not like you are paying the rent, more than likely the state of OK is or Mommy and Daddy! Grow up, get a job, pay your own bills and MOVE OUT!
