I was in love with these apartments at first, now I am counting down the months til I can get out of them! First my alarm was torn out of my wall after returning home from a business trip overseas and it took over a month and a half to get it fixed now my dishwasher isn't working, and I put the request for maintenance in over a month ago! Don't actually expect it to be fixed before i move out in August. The person who mans the front desk makes you feel like you're interupting her on her cell phone when you go in to ask for a package or a question. God forbid your rent comes in on the 3rd of the month, but they don't have to fix a darn thing. Can't find the managment company to write to either, so basically you're screwed! I repeat DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!! There is not assigned parking either so if you get back to your apartment after 8PM at night you have to park far away in a veyr poorly lit parking lot. Don't let the outside facade fool you!

I am the same way, I can not wait to get out of this lease. I fell in love with the apartments initally but the new management is making me want to run for my life.

I would agree also, I cant wait till June when my lease is up, and I have been told they are not going to honor the lease ending that ERC gave me and I would hate to have them try to pull anything else on me cause I am at my wits end with them. I have went a year with some matience request and conviently they say you never turned it in or we will get to it but there are other request ahead of yours and when you point out that you have had some request in for over a year they just make it seem it is your fault for not following thru well I pay them to maintain and fix things not for me to have to pay for it out of my own pocket. less then 60days and I cant wait to get the heck out of here
