The previous poster was right, the new management is not focused on the customer or the renter but its based on profit only. If you want to find caring management this is not the place to rent. The rent is high and the customer service is very low. Right now I would rather cut my left arm off then give these people any more money. Better yet, I would rather live out of my car that is how much I hate the new management and the way they treat the renters as customers. I am not sure if they realize how much pull a customer has when word of mouth gets out but while they had empty apartments before I am sure we they get to see a lot less with the new management. It's not worth it. The electric bills are outrageous. I have had numerous problems with matainence. I have been locked out my apartment because the key didnt work. I have been locked IN the apartment complex because the gate wouldnt work to let us out which made me late for work. Even the mail lady can't get the apartment right when delivering the mail. I had someone get my social security card at the wrong apartment and they were at least nice enough to bring it back to me. They are not making renters clean up after their dogs either. My list goes on and on. i can hear every little thing my neighbors do. I suggest to any renter who is having a problem to write to the address the previous poster listed to voice your conern but I doubt it will help. These people are money hungry!!! I will not renew my lease here and hope that others will see this before they get sucked into a year long lease that they will regret. DONT DO IT!
