I am not much of a message poster, but I love it here and love the new staff, and new maintenance guys. Steve has been wonderful. My lease is coming up and I am renewing even if the rent goes up. This is NOW (due to new management) by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Thank you maxis properties for all of your hard work!!!!

HOW MUCH DO YOU PAY FOR YOUR APARTMENT? YOU HAVEN'T LIVE HERE LONG ENOUGH TO KNOW ABOUT ALOT!!! GATES WORK SOMETIMES AND THAN THEY DON'T. SOMETIMES THE GIRL AT THE FRONT DESK IS RUDE! IT ISN'T THE NEW ONES. T-SOMETHING... LIVE HERE ALOT LONGER AND YOU WILL FIND OUT..

my thought is that it is probably an office staff member writing this because by far does not reflect most people that have posted about this and if matince is so wonderful then why are so many people complaining or having to fix an issue themselves, I cant wait to get out of here because it is just to sad to see a once beautiful new property go to pots
